The staff is excellent, the breakfast delicious, the location is peaceful close to Knysna centre, restuarants and Leisure Island, a serene and safe environment. Its rooms are well-equipped and well-appointed for a perfectly pleasant stay of our holiday. There is a laptop-compatible safe, a sofa bed and central heating - that's always a plus. We recommend this hotel, it's clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hosts were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The breakfasts were delicious and different every day. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and we loved having a private patio. The communal lounge and pool area were great for relaxing. The hotel even did our laundry for us, which was a nice added bonus. Everything was clean and the room was serviced daily. We also enjoyed using the complimentary bikes to explore the area. we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail at this charming guest house was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The hosts, Dianne and Rob, went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The location on Leisure Isle was fantastic, with easy access to the lagoon and the provided canoes and bikes were a delightful way to explore the island. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was top-notch. As someone with dietary restrictions, I was grateful for Rob's efforts to accommodate my gluten-free needs during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was a true highlight of my stay, with everything made in-house and absolutely delicious. my time at One on Bollard exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I can't wait to come back!

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always willing to help us with any queries we had. The location of the hotel is lovely, it's situated on a small island next to a beautiful beach. Despite being in a tranquil location, it was easy for us to travel to a few places around the world, and even attend the Dan Patlanski concert. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was extremely clean. But what stood out the most was the breakfast, which was freshly made every day with a variety of tasty options.
Could not be improved in any way.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel near a picturesque beach, perfect for admiring the sunset. the area was idyllic, and the sound of waves puts me to sleep. the hotel had a homely atmosphere, and the hosts were very accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast was fresh and locally sourced. the room was cozy with useful facilities such as good internet connectivity, comfortable pillows, and spotlessly clean bathrooms.
The hotel room lacked a proper writing desk, which could have been very useful for studying or working.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with insider tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The location was a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient to get to the main attractions in the area. The facilities were not as extensive as we had anticipated, and we felt like there could have been more amenities available.

The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and stunning views of the ocean. We also appreciated the breakfast options, with a variety of choices to suit our tastes.
One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the common areas. Although the room was spotless, we noticed that the shared spaces were not as tidy as we would have liked.
